How do I delete my gmail account completely?

Long story short, used gmail for my fb, twitter, stuff like that. Im opening a business now and I want it to be a professional email without the spam and other emails. Basically I want to start over, with the same address and everything. Is that possible?

1. If you start over with the same address thats not going to accomplish anything because the email address is still in the global mailing list on everyones servers that it currently sending u the spam and other mail
2. No, you cannot start over you can delete the account but you cannot recreate that same username you will have to use a different one because they have to go thru a certain time period before that username can be used again

no its not possible
you can do these 2 things:
1) make a new email and transfer you facebook and twitter emails to your new email
or
2)sign in your gmail and search for "facebook" and mark all the facebook things as spam, and search "twitter" and mark them as spam so all the professional emails will be in your inbox
