How do you become a verified account on twitter?
Many celebrities have a blue check mark next to their name saying "verified account" but how does twitter add it?

You get to be verified if you are famous and they check it out to be sure that the celeb twitter handle is the celeb in question. Twitter itself decided who to verify.
