What will 250 mb of data allow me to do?

The plans say: "First 250MB of data at blazing-fast 4GLTE speeds. Once reached, data speeds will be reduced for the rest of the plan billing cycle" I only use my phone for twitter and I have a twitter app I only check it monday - friday for only like 10 minutes or less . Other than that I really don't use it but what does this plan mean ?
The phone is the Samsung Galaxy Admire for MetroPCS

It would only let u just browse the Internet eg facebook twitter. U would not be able to watch any videos

very basic internet usage........250mb would have been enough 10 years ago but not now
