Hi Is there anybody out there having problems with the orange network?
For the last month i have not been aware that people have been trying to call me or txt me, until i call someone, then i get a load of messages telling me i have missed calls and txt's.They have changed my fone, blamed it on the fact they are now orange-t-mobile.I am tied to an 18 month contract, which only started in november.I don't know what else i can do,and it's driving me nuts.HELP.

If you look on their website you will find your answer, they are blaming it on the changeover. In my area they are now blaming it on the transmitter.

I'm not having any problems with Orange except with their safeguard thing online which I can't seem to turn off. I don't like the assumption that is being made by Orange that everyone on their network is under 18. That's a right good way to lose a customer. I'll ride this one out but I suspect I'll be switching networks when I buy a new phone.

Hi Karen

I would advise to contact our Customer Service Helpdesk again and ask them to look into this matter further.

Also, if the phone has been replaced and the problem remained, then there may be network issues in your area. If this is the case, then Customer Services may be able to advise when repairs are due to complete. Also, you may see some improvement when we begin sharing T-Mobile's 3G network later in the Spring.

Sorry I couldn't help more.
