How long does it take to get off Email Update limit on Twitter?

I wanna change my username but my twitter says im on email update limit and I wanna know how long it takes to get off it or how to get off it. Thank u xxx

How many times have you changed it? You know you can't keep changing it...
Changes to account email: Four per hour.

If you do reach a limit, we'll let you know with an error message telling you which limit you've hit. For limits that are time-based (like the direct messages, Tweets, changes to account email, and API request limits), you'll be able to try again after the time limit has elapsed.
