Can you text pictures from your phone to a website?

The way there are numbers for Facebook and Twitter so you can send text messages to update your pages, is there a website that gives you a phone number to text your pictures? Specifically, you would:
1. Take a picture with your phone
2. Text it to a phone number
3. That phone number is linked to a webpage and it uploads the picture
4. The picture is online in my account

I don't have a data plan, just a text plan, so I can't email pictures. Is this possible? Thanks!

You definitely upload a picture if you had a data phone. I know that you CAN send pictures through a text message, but I've never used any systems like one you're talking about so I don't know.
