How do you leave someone a message on twitter?
I was just wanting to know,and how do you know if that person messaged you back? I just made me an account on twitter and I'm just now trying to get use to it.

and is this really Tom Feltons twitter page? He plays "Draco Malfoy" on Harry Potter.
