How do I send a message to someone on twitter?
I want to send someone a message on twitter. This person is not following me, but I am. Another question, How do I find someone email by their twitter account?

Just go to https://twitter.com/username. There should be a link in the profile to the homepage. If applicable, you can look in the imprint or use the contact form.
