I know that Pinterest and facebook will let you change your email notification settings, so you can get as many or as few as you want (Pinterest also gives you the choice of receiving your notifications as they happen, or in a single daily email - you can see all the options in your Settings tab > Notifications > change email settings). facebook emails actually have a link at the bottom of the messages which sasy "If you don't want to receive these emails from Facebook in the future, please click: unsubscribe". Don't know about twitter and store sales but I imagine they'd have something similar either linked from the emails themselves, or available through your profile settings.

Click the dot in front of each one you don't want and it turns into a red flag. Then click Flagged. It brings up the entire list, click Check all then delete. If you use the Search it will just bring up the one you are looking for. Or you can do this below if you don't want any of it.

On the Classic mail screen, click Options. Under General go to and click Results per page. Click the small arrow, now you can choose up to 500 per page. Click Save Changes, upper left. You can change this any time you like. You can do this for the Sent folder if you don't need them. Then go back to and open the inbox, scroll to and click Check all, then delete. Don't forget the trash.

Using the new mail, click Options or more options on your mail screen.
Under General Options page go to Message settings.
Check the button, Show all messages in a scrolling list. Click Save Changes, upper left.
Now your emails are on one list, same page, so you can delete them all at once.
Then click Select all, click Delete.
