I have a twitter question :/?

I have two twitter accounts. I use both of them on my phone because i can switch between them very easily. I need to change my username on one account, but i cannot do it on my phone; you can only do that on the computer. The problem is that i don't remember my password or the email i used to sign into this account. How do i figure that out?

1.Click the "Forgot password?" link, as shown below.


2.Enter your email address or Twitter username.

3.Enter your phone number if prompted in the format suggested. You will only be asked to do this is a phone is attached to your Twitter account.

4.Check your email inbox. Twitter will immediately send a message to your account's email address

5.Click the reset link in that email.

6.Choose a new password. (Choose a strong password that no one will guess, ideally with letters, numbers, and symbols.)
