"It factor" is a term that people outside of wrestling would know, so that has a further reach and in my opinion, that makes it better. Hash tag heel, if you're not a follower of Twitter AND wrestling, you would have no clue what it meant.

That being said, Ziggler's one of my current favorite wrestlers out there. Gotta love "the Zig Zag man" as Booker calls him lol
