Becoming a SAP consultant as a fresher is a difficult task, as most of the SAP jobs require experienced people in SAP.. But there are many companies who hire Junior SAP consultants with no experience, you just need to keep searching for SAP jobs who hire freshers..

Get the SAP certification and increase your knowledge about all the modules in SAP. A SAP certification will be highly preferred for fresh candidates. Some modules will require knowledge in specific domains; for example, if you want to become a SAP FICO consultant, you will need to have knowledge in financial domain.

Connect with IT recruiters.. Many jobs are filled through recruitment agencies. If a recruiter finds that you have much interest and knowledge in SAP, then he can help you to get a job as SAP consultant without any prior experience. Remember that if you get the job, it is good for that staffing agency as well, so they will be more interested to get you prepared for the job, if you prove that you have sound knowledge in SAP.

You can connect with a lot of recruiters in Linkedin. There are also SAP groups in Linkedin where many people post SAP jobs.. Recruiters also spend much time in Twitter and there are some bloggers who even retweet the tweets of job seekers..For example, there is a hash tag #Hirefriday which you can use and mention that you are looking for SAP job as a fresher.

Post your resume in a technology job portal, this one is good for SAP jobs: http://www.corp-corp.com/JS/JS_Signup.aspx?aid=hd6 It uses a unique technology called FETCH to match resumes and job requirements..
