How do you take pictures of your iPod/iPhone screen?

How can you take a picture of messages or other things on your iPod? People are posting things like that on Twitter or Facebook and I was wondering how to do that.

press both the buttons at the same time! that is, the home button and the button on the top

Press the home button and lock button at the same time

Press the off button on the top of the ipod and the circle/square home button at the same time.

Press the "Home" button and "Lock" button simultaneously.
BUT* do not hold it... (that will reset your iPod)

Hold down the round main button and click the on/off button the screen will flash ad then go into your photos and it should be there.
