How can I share with contacts my video from youtube?

you see when you click inbox?? and you get message from friends saying that they want to share the video with me....................how do i do that??

When you watch the video, under the video are:
like, dislike, save, send
Click send. From email, facebook, twitter.......stumbleupon
click on email.
Choose your friends from the list with your contacts, type a message and send the video.
