You gotta write someting interesting or about someting he likes e.g CHUCK NORRIS (Nah i don't get his obsession either but anyhoo....)

Post someting hertfelt like your little sister singing one of his songs or how you raised mony for a charity because of him stuff like that.

Or make a cool video and poste him that...........

Or try writing a poste with a link of someting cool and put 'BIEBER you seriously wanna open this like, come on you know you want to just press the link, it take 2 second, go on do it!.........DO IT!........DOOOOOOOOOO ITTTTTTTTTT!' and put some funny photo of a fat cat or someting in the link!

Write capital letters or just keep tweeting him a msg do it when hes online or when hes "creeping" meaning hes following people not tweeting. itd give you a higher chance of getting noticed
