I wondered that too.

They also have an app for Youtube for Yahoo tool bar.

I do believe they are a bit more lenient and seem to reinstate more violated Q&A's.

It's trolls on here that have questions deleted and if you don't fight it they stay deleted. Yahoo doesn't spend time reading questions.
