I really like this girl, i have talked to her before?

I have been talking to her on twitter.. In inboxes, i was making her laugh alittle, trying to shoe that im interested in here, talked about college and anything basically.. But now, when i inbox her, she doesnt seem to reply :/ i want to get to know her more but i dont think shes interested in me.. She goes my college she says, but never seen her.. Whats the best thing to do?
