How to upload pictures to Twitter?

Is there any way I can send a text to Twitter with a picture? I tried just texting Twitter, with a picture in that text, but it didn't upload. Is there maybe a photo uploading site I can text pictures to, which will be automatically sent to my Twitter account? I don't want to have to actually go online whenever I want to send a picture to Twitter, that's why I want to do it through a text message. Thank you!

you can`t send text on a pic. but you can make a pic in photoshop in which the text can be inserted as a solution.
