how do i send a personal msg to a celebrity or someone famous on twitter, or how do i tweet and them and how do they reply, does my tweet to them show up to the rest of the public and also what are Retweets? how do they work,

Im not familiar with twitter but your message probably shows up along with millions of others, and as far as I know, Celebs don't pay much attention to them
