I recently decided to joint twitter but im lost lol. whats with the "#" i sometimes see on peoples tweets? and how do you upload a picture?

Those are hash tags. (#) Example: I loved the #StepUp3D movie!
That way others who type the same hash tag will see your Tweet
and respond to you. Click on 'Settings' -> 'Profile' -> 'Change Image'

here's a tip

If your sending someone to a site, video or a link to a photo.
The url maybe too long as twitter only give you about 140 charachters.
Take your link and shrink it using this site
