How Does She Feel About Me?

I'm sorry if this is long, but I want to get an accurate answer according to my situation. There's this girl I like, we're both in 9th grade and 15 years old. About a month ago, I started liking her. So I added her on Facebook and followed her on Twitter. Everyone uses FB and Twitter by the way. She added me on Facebook about 2 days ago, and still hasn't followed me back on Twitter or responded to the tweet I sent. But she responded to others sent by other boys. And every once in a while, I'll get the courage to start a convo with her and half the time, it'll go great where we're both laughing and stuff. And the other half, she seems kinda distant and uninterested so I just drop it. She's never mean to me though. And she laughs at some of my jokes, but then again she does for a lot of boys but they're really not good looking...
Is she just being shy and playing hard to get or does she not like me?

It's hard to tell what she's thinking. At the moment she seems to be interested in other people more than you but it doesn't mean to say she doesn't like you. Try to inbox her on Facebook instead since your conversation is more private but since you are young, I would not try to fall madly in love with her because she doesn't seem to be that interested in you.
