How to respond to Jimmy Fallon's hashtags?

I'm new to twitter and I don't how to do jimmy fallon hashtag thing. I know what a hashtag is, how to post things, and I am following Jimmy fallon on twitter

All you have to do is post a tweet with the hash tag in it. You don't have to go post it in a specific place. After you post the hash tag, you can click on the tag in your tweet like a link and see other posts by other people with the same hash tag in their tweet.
