does anybody think it rude to brake up over a text message?

why would you brake up with somebody over Facebook, twitter and text message.have some have the balls to brake up with the person face to face. what you guys think

A friend of mine decided to be the "good guy" and break up with his girlfriend in person instead of by text, she ended up kicking him in the balls! say what you want about text messages, but it takes out the element of surprise ball kicking
