Why doesn't Tumblr let me answer messages?

Well, on tumblr, I have two inbox messages. I'm trying to answer them, but there is no option that let's me answer them. Instead of saying Answer and Block, there are these random dots that only let my block or delete the question. Help please?

use Facebook or twitter , no one is on Tumblr -.-
