How do I send twitter picture messages with my Samsung Impression?

if you have mobile web on your phone you can just go to sites like tweetphoto, twitpic yfrog and other third party websites that post your pictures twitter

however since you want to send picture messages i suggest you go to twitpic on a computer and sign in with your twitter account. it will ask you if you allow access to your twitter account, click allow. then go to settings and there you will have a custom twitpic email (yourtwitterusername.pin@twitpic.com) save that address as twitpic on your phone and now youre all set! the subject line would be your "tweet" and just send the pic message like you would to a friend!
