How do you reply to celebs on Twitter?
I've heard Howard Stern say how his fans talk smack to him on Twitter, what is he talking about? How do you respond to his tweets?

I know if they follow you as well you can send direct messages but if it's not reciprocal how do you respond to their tweets?

Hover the mouse over a tweet, and a list of options will show at the bottom.  Click on Reply.  Start typing.  When finished, click the Tweet button underneath.

You just mention them in your tweet. For example "@celeb You are crazy!"
