Pottermore Email... I didn't get mine yet?!?

So I registered on DAY ONE, got my confirmation email, and sat tight from August 15th to today. I go on twitter... "ONE MILLIONTH EMAIL SENT OUT!" um excuse me?! I DID NOT GET ONE! Does anyone know why this is? How can I contact them and tell them my problem?! Please help I've been waiting forever!

Did you check your junk/spam folder? It may have gone there. Also, did you validate your account after you registered? If you didn't, that may be why you didn't get the welcome email.

However, if you did validate your account, you should have received an email. Sometimes it does take a little while between sending and when it arrives in your inbox. The best way to contact Pottermore is to go to http://www.pottermore.com and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click on "Help" and then click "Other". Scroll down and click "What's Next" and then click "Need More Help." That will bring a form up for you to contact Pottermore. Be sure to include your username when you contact them.

Hopefully they will be able to get things sorted out for you.

Did you get your email on August 10 saying you have early Access, but you have to wait for your welcome email, if you didn't sorry no pottermore for you but it could have gone to your spam
