How to get your're favorite celebrity to follow you on Twitter ?

My favorite celebrity follow some fans of her on Twitter , I tweet everyday to her and always comment on her tweets/photos never get a tweet back and she not follow me

Well, you have to figure that there's a lot of people tweeting to her so she doesn't have time to look through all those tweets and replies. The best thing for you to get her to notice is to keep doing what you're doing. Get her to notice you, then she'll follow you back. It might take some time for her to notice, but eventually it should happen! (:

She's probably very busy, so she obviously won't have time to check all of her tweets stuff and write back to everyone.
I imagine there will always been the "lucky few" who get their favourites to follow them. But I like to imagine that they just got lucky or there is some sort of fan-club connection there or something.

well, my favorite celebrity is @DianeMizota and I got her to follow me, @AWBrawler by talking to her about relevant things. I followed her tweets, but i didn't pester her every day, and I treated her tweets like those of a normal person. Believe it or not, celebrities like to feel normal, and if you seem obsessive, they might not follow you back, out of fear you'll spam their inbox.

I say just treat him/her like anybody else on your twitter timeline, and a time will eventually present itself where you'll have a twitter conversation that ends with your celebrity of choice following you because you seem down to earth and cool with the fact they are a celebrity.
