Does MetroPCS charge for third party text messages?

Ok so I have the $40 a month plan. It has unlimited talk, text and web. I wanna know if they will charge me extra for third party text. I mean by sending messages to like radio stations or if I want to receive text messages from Twitter or Facebook. Please and thank you!

they will not charge you extra because most of those radio stations and text to win things dot support the metro pcs sms messaging. you may be able to receive the facebook messaging but usually they will ask you to enter in your service provider and you may not find metro pcs. but they cant charge you for a text message your issue will be with compatability
