From the main Twitter page , click on your username in the bar on the right hand corner , then click Settings>Mobile then follow the instructions to set up your phone for SMS Twitter . You can send tweets through this and even get notifications .

just go to the top right corner on the twitter page where your name is written. click on that and there you'll see "SETTINGS" go to that. and there you'll see a lot of options and in those only "MOBILE" option is also there. there you enter your mobile number, they'll send you some code enter that and its done...
