Does it cost to send and recieve text messages (tweets) from Twitter?

I've recently made a Twitter account to keep up with authors' up-and-coming books. I'd like to have Twitter send me Tweets to my phone, but I need to know if I need Interent access or does it cost money?

Its just your standard text messaging rates.
So if you have unlimited text messaging, its basically free.

It'll only charge you the standard messaging rate.

If you have unlimited texting it will be free.
If you dont, it will charge you the standard fee for every text message received.
