how do i get a celebrity to respond to me on twitter?

so there a celeb who has 7000 followers, not as many as others i guess but she's not as famous. we are both the same race and we look so similar..i want to be in a movie with her and i think she would agree if she only knew who i was.

someone on google said she responded to them once after she tweeted to the celeb a bunch of times. how does twitter work and how do i do this?

It's not easy. PLEASE don't send them the same message every two seconds 500 times, trust me, it'll freak em out! It's just timing... When you see them tweeting, right away tweet them something, ya know? I tried it once, it worked (: And he had 16,000 followers btw
