Cynthia in the Snow

Gwendolyn Brooks

It SHUSHES
It hushes
The loudness in the road.
It flitter-twitters,
And laughs away from me.
It laughs a lovely whiteness,
And whitely whirs away,
To be
Some otherwhere,
Still white as milk or shirts,
So beautiful it hurts.

It's about a girl in he snow, the snow described in fresh and fun language and sounds.

its about someone he loves but its like his's being pushed away but he doesnt want her to leave.
