Any type of email- OK, I know that these aren't SNS but you usually can IM on them so.....
Yahoo Pulse- With Yahoo! Pulse, you can create your own identity on Yahoo! and you can easily connect and engage with the people, content, and applications that matter to you, wherever you are on Yahoo!. You can also share updates, photos, blog posts and more with colleagues, classmates, family, and friends.
MSN- With My MSN, you can easily create personalized pages with just the information you want from around the MSN network: news, sports, entertainment, money & more. Create up to five pages with just a few simple clicks.
Google Buzz- Share updates, photos, videos, and more.
Start conversations about the things you find interesting.
Aim- AOL'S IM.
Blogger- Create, follow and share blogs. This is also powered by Google. You can also put interesting widgets in your blog.
Live Journal- An online community where you can create a journal, blog or diary.
Skype- Video or text chat with your friends.
Xanga- Xanga is a community where you can start your own free weblog, share photos and videos, and meet new friends too!
Bebo- Bebo provides an open, engaging, and fun environment that empowers a new generation to discover, connect and express themselves.
Buzznet- Buzznet.com is a community of pop culture addicts, music lovers and trendsetters who come together to share millions of creative photos, videos and blogs.
Piczo- In this photo website builder and community, users can add items such as images, text content, videos, glitters, shout-outs, and profile pages.
Formspring- Make a profile. Ask your friends questions and answer questions. The questions are personal (in your inbox).
YouTube- Make videos. And hey you could become famous.
Tumblr (my fav haha)- There are 7 different kinds of posts; Text, Link, Photos (which includes GIFs), Quote, Audio, Video and Chat! You can create multiple blogs. You get asked questions, post, reblog and 'like' photos. You get followers and follows. One thing I really like about tumblr is you can post whatever you want, literally. You can download things to get a special cursor or background on your blog.
