How do you get someone to notice you on Twitter?

By replying? Or sending a message? I'm following that person but the person is not following me....so how do I get them to notice me?

I am reading your question and I am thinking about how everyone is using Twitter. I have no idea what the craz is to follow the Twitter. It seems like a lot of time for such short blip answers, yet there are a lot of people on it. It seems to me that relationships are not really relationships anymore, just aquaintances. I guess to answer your questiion, if you have to try that hard to get someones attention is it really worth your precious time? Maybe you can find better friends elsewhere You deserve that to yourself
