How do you add a picture to the top of a myspace layout like this bands myspace?

I want to to know a CSS code so i can put a picture i designed at the top of a layout like that. i don't really care about add/message/twitter or whatever i just wanna know how to get the picture centered above the layout. i don't really know how to describe it.

They have several topics on band profiles and one explains how to put the image at the top of the profile and gives you the code. This is how I figured out how to do my band profile.
