The web gives everyone the freedom to voice their opinion and the likes of Twitter, Facebook, Yahoo Answers etc the ability to express their opinions freely. In fact it puts everyone on par with Rupert Murdoch and Paul Daker for example, publishers, which also means we have to abide by the same rules, hence the prosecutions.
