What's a good way to contact my favorite celebrity on twitter?

I realize it's a little unrealistic to get noticed by a very A-list celebrity like himself, but I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how I could get Justin Bieber's attention on twitter. I'm sure it takes a long period of time on twitter to get enough followers or what not, to get his attention. I currently have about 180 followers and I tweet him A LOT. Any tips?
If you dislike Justin Bieber, please don't write anything rude about him. He's very special to me, and he's been with me through a lot even though he doesn't even know it. So please keep all hate to yourself.

Tweet him things like "Why don't you ever notice me" because I've noticed he responds to tweets like that. Also when tweeting him don't fangirl. Set yourself apart from all the crazy fans he has.

tweet them when they tweet, make sure you reply to their tweet. like if they tweetest a few minutes ago theyll probably see ur tweet
or privat messg

I've been trying to get noticed. I wait until he tweets, then tweet him alot right when he's tweeting. Then i tag #BELIEVEacoustic because i think he looks under that hashtag, and RTs some. But this person I talk to gotten a follow and RT by tweeting him 2329523 times, lol I've been trying. He probably gets like 1,000 tweets every minute! So its hard getting noticed.

Just keep trying! Some people it took literally THREE years to get a follow! I tweet him alot of times a day! Just keep believing, it'll happen

Just don't tweet like "OMG OMG ITS JUSTIN BIEBER!!!!" cause he'll think you're obsessed, lol. Just be like "Hey, you're like my idol! Please follow me<3" Or something like that, like laid back. You know?

If you go to the list of people he follows, you can also get them to follow you, and you DM them saying "Can you please do me a favor? Are you able to DM Justin and give a little message, and my username? It'd mean the WORLD?(:" I've gotten 6 people to DM him. I'm not sure if he checks them though. Worth a try!
