Twitter problems please help?

Alright so I just made a comedy account I followed like 200 people right away to get some followers ALOT followed back and I was having a good time and now it won't let me RT or anything or tweet and when I go on my other account and search up my name, I don't exist. Ik I'm not in twitter jail cause I have experience. And when I try logging in it says my password or username is wrong. And not sure if this would help but I have two different emails so it won't be an issue with the email thing

I'm actually having the same issue, I don't know exactly what it is. But it won't let me do anything! I think maybe there's too many people using twitter and everything is bugging out!
