There isn't a dedicated camera towards specific criteria such as business. There is no "Business perfect camera"
Cameras these days are versatile. Any entry level DSLR will do. Or if you need something more compact get a four thirds camera like the Sony-NEX series. Ads |

Camera technology has improved consistently throughout the years.
Even the cheapest ones you find in the shops can do the job if you use a tripod. Just go by price. Anything cheaper than the cheapest DSLR you can find will do. What I always do is first go the battery shop. Make a note of the battery prices. Then go to the camera shop and pick the model with the cheapest replaceable battery. There are some brands which charge the earth for add-on parts. Avoid those. |

Hi Jessica. My recommendation would be any model in the Canon Rebel line = $500 to $800.
The reason is the higher the technical quality going in... the better quality out. None of this garbage in garbage out stuff with a dslr. Cheap should not be your consideration in this case. If you want to effectively market your business buy the best camera you can afford. Trust me, when you look at other ads on the web those photos weren't taken with small, cheap cameras... they were probably professionally done as should be yours. But, since it sounds like you can't afford a pro, then do the next best thing. Buy a camera that a pro could use for such work. Learn how to operate it and go from there. |
