It means you should stop trying to play games at work/school and do your work...In other words, it's a filter on whatever network you're on that is keeping you from going to "non productive" sites.

It is possible that you are running a new browser or Anti-Virus software that automatically blocks these sites, or you are on a new network with restrictions.
If you recently downloaded anything, check the settings on your browser and any protections for your computer and make sure social networking and email is not blocked. If you are in a different location than usual, the most probable reason for this is that the Wi-Fi is blocking certain websites (if you're using school or work Wi-Fi, they usually do this). If there are websites you need to access, go talk to the person who manages the network.

You might have to go to an expert on this but I might be able to help. You need to get your computer anti-virus control like McAfee or something you like. Or maybe someone went on your computer and blocked these websites. If that doesn't help, bring your computer to dell or apple or wherever you originally got it from. Hope I could help.
