One of his companies mkight , sure. As long as they were actually a talent that the company's agents thought would sell in the modern market (which is VERY rarely found online).

Simon Cowell whilst still in the industry to a degree does not sign individuals or bands anymore and since he doesn't own a record label like Sony or Virgin who you would be better off going to in the first place cutting out middle men such as Mr Cowell he holds no value if you have true talent.
