what happens when you're suspended twice on twitter?

I got my twitter account suspended twice. Is it possible to get it back after filling out a "suspended account form"? i have tried everything like filling out the form and going to their "contact twitter" site but i still cant get it back. :'( I got the email about the suspension but it doesn't say anything about getting it back.. please help me? i really need it. :'(

and since you have been suspended twice, you are walking on thin ice.

And just because you appeal does not mean that Twitter will automatically reinstate your account. It is there decision.
