How can I get my account unsuspended from Twitter?

Right so last night my twitter logged me out and wouldn't log me back in again, I tried everything (changing my password at least 5 times) but I can't log in. I've now realised my accounts been suspended, but the only thing I could have done is tweet Cher Lloyd too much. She was going on a following spree so I tweeted her about 15-20 times asking for a follow and after that I can't get on. Ive sent twitter one of them reports and I have a ticket but I really want to be unsuspended before Christmas, and I didn't realise I've done anything wrong? Please can someone help me out, I really wanted my twitter over Christmas and I thought if you tweet too much you go on tweet limit for an hour not this, I only tweeted about 20 times?

tweeting Cher too much isnt what got you suspended... if you tweet too much, then you go on "tweet limit" but you account doesn't get suspended.

Maybe one of your followers was getting irritated by the amount of tweets you were doing, so they reported you.. that might be why your account is suspended..

If you are desperate to go on twitter over Xmas, then you should just make another account
