New Dell Inspiron 15 won't increase volume or brightness from the keyboard?
There is two or three buttons for the volume and the brightness on the keyboard. Instead of it changing the brightness or volume, it just uses f12 instead of actually turning up the volume. Its running windows 8. HELP!
