How does Anonymous (hacker group) maintain its Twitter account...why doesnt it get shut down by Twitter?
Why doesnt some government agency request to shut it down?

I know there have been 21 arrests already of Anonymous members...how were tracked anyway, just through IPs and geo-location I guess? But anyway my real question is how does their Twitter account stay up?
