How do you uninstall facebook on the nokia N8?

The Nokia N8 comes with facebook and twitter. How do I permanently remove these?

download them again. Its called 'social' the name of the app. Do a google search.
*Edit: it didnt work for me either, but i discovered by accident that if u download it again, somehow the new download overrides the old and removes the protection, thus allowing u 2 uninstall and remove using the app manager or organise method. Try it and see, i got rid of most those unremovable apps by downloading them again. A simple google search and ull find it.

Menu>Settings>Application Manager>Installed Apps.>Social>Uninstall but it does not work for me, I wonder why.

You can also try Menu>Applications>Options>Organize>Hold down on Social Network>Delete but it does not work for me too. Now I wonder even more.

Hey Billy...tyr this...after going to Menu...go to settings...and then the application manager..there u will find the option install apps...then go to that particular apps and there will be an option of uninstalling.....and u can uninstall it...but i wonder all the people today wants the phone which have these options and u are saying that u want to uninstall them..but of course its ur wish...hope my answer helps...
