Someone put a video of me on Facebook and I don't want it on?

Ok, so I got this message off my friend via direct messages for twitter, and I don't know if it's spam or not?

It said 'Whatt are you doing in this video?' then a link that led to facebook, then it said it was a Twitter video so I had to log in, so after I logged in it said, "You must download flash player" or something, and I didn't want to so I just left the page, but there was a video but I wasn't allowed to play it.

If it's not spam and she really put a video of me on Facebook, Twitter and possibly Youtube, I am really angry because I don't want any photos of me on the internet, and I told her that when she was taking the videos, so she's obviously ignored me!

And also, is it spam?

It's spam, if you click on it, the same message will send to everyone who follows you, just delete it.

If it's not spam, ask her to take it down.
You can also report a video and twitter or whoever will eventually take it down
