You can buy views you know? Like pay a website $20 and they will 'give you' like 500 views! Or you can get a robot to watch videos for you. Example:

Speaking I have 217 subs and have passed more than 999 million people on YouTube (there are more than 1 Billion YouTube accounts). I can help you.
Here is what not to do:
Sub 4 Sub
Box 4 Box.
What to do:
Start building relationships with people in you subscriber range. Boxing each other is a good idea. When I meantioned do not Box 4 Box, I'm talking about asking random people with not building relations.
Make videos with good titles, and videos that have a common search to them, but a lot of them arent made. Let me explain to you what I mean. This is how I earned about 20 subs. I posted a video on YT about this person that vanished from YT. I looked into it, figured out a lot. Made a video. The name was searched a ton, but there were few videos, and the video I made was unique. It reached over 50,000 views. I also made a film called The Haunted House. This was searched a bunch, but it was all break ins and people going to the house. Same thing went with my film The Killer. Hit 250 views. Also, same happened with my film, Nerf War: The Prisoner. It has over 1,000 views and has won more than 3 contests.
Make your videos good quality and put work into it. Many times, this is where people struggle. Good camera Angles do a good job with selling a portion of the film.
Having good audio sells most of your video. With crappy audio, don't expect to get subscribed to.
Have effects, but don't overdo them.
Transitions should stay basic. Don't do wipes. Fades and dissolves are good, that is all.
Explore a variety of sub genres within your genre. I make Nerf wars. I posted a comedy video called "Why Kids Shouldn't Mod Nerf Guns". This video has about 400 views. It was a comedy.
Have breaks over certain periods of the year. I am taking a bit of break from making videos. I haven't for more than a year.
Make sure you use other sites like twitter, Facebook, and others. Post links to your videos. A couple friends of mine check out my channel because I did this.
Get involved in the community. That means do videos for others. I did an intro for someone. They linked my channel and it got over 1,000 views.
Get involved with fandoms. Alright, this may seem weird. I am apart of the brony community. I have a separate channel. I am working with an artist who is going to a con. I might be at a panel. I might advertise my YouTube for my main channel there. It sound really weird. I also am going to do a shout out to my main channel from my brony channel once my second channel gets popular. Having a second channel helps.
Don't get mad at trolls and haters. This is where many YouTubers stop making videos. A couple of people have committed suicide cause of this.

That is just a bit of how to get popular. Do experimenting.
