How am I suppose to ask a guy for his number?

Only guys ask for my number... I never had to ask a guy for his number. There is this guy that goes to church with me and I like him we don't talk much cause its church. His friends say he likes me. Were also friends on facebook and I have to ask him for his number cause hes shy... How do I ask him without being like weird?? lol.

Start with talking to him through facebook, and start a conversation. Near the end of the conversation, say hey I gotta get going, wanna text instead? And then its casual - and it leaves him the option to give him your number.
